DIY how to make binder cover

1. First, you need scissors, needle, thread, glue, fabric, lace, rules, and markers
2-3. Give a line with marker in the size your binder and then cut it! don't forget to add 1cm each side for stitching. After it was done, make again with 1/4cm smaller than before.
4.attach lace on the front using glue, tips: be creative put lace with your taste :)

7. Input "buffer" binder cover to binder
